I finally got to take my young boys to use their gift cards at this phenomenal neighborhood bookstore since they've opened back up for in-person browsing. My oldest (10) was really taking his time going through their small, but very carefully curated children's section. Sarah, who is amazing (!!), came over and asked him a few questions about his recent reads and favorites, and then appeared with an armful of additional books for him to peruse. So thoughtful and knowledgeable. Love it!! He chose three of her recommendations and is currently enjoying them. Highly recommend!

Great in store selection, helpful staff, and very easy to order from them online and support that way if they don't have your selection available. I've also benefitted from their loyalty program, and it motivates me to continue to buy from them exclusively.

This is my favorite book store! I love the selection. Super friendly staff and always willing to help you find something or order a copy in.

This place is brilliant for harder to find new books. A great non fiction section as well as fiction. Great place for puzzles and journals too. The inventory in this store changes often so there is always something to find. The staff is very friendly and I love that book store has a partnership with local artists and a really.communitu presence!❤️

Super cute bookstore with a great collection of books and stickers. They’re also dog friendly. I’ve loved every book I’ve gotten here! The building is super cute too!

Downbound Books was great! I had never been before and found the atmosphere to be quiet and relaxing, the worker was kind, and the book selection was refreshing to see something other than endless NYT bestsellers.

Was in the area exploring and wound up being a few blocks from this bookstore, so I had to pop in. Loved chatting with the sales associate who I had met the day before at a local artists market. This is the perfect size little shop with a good variety of books, stickers, cards, and other fun gifty items. Would recommend stopping in if you're in the area and like support indie bookstores.
